-use-network=false :: loading local-only files

i had to modify the mxmlc.rb a bit in order to run load a local xml
file.

line 110: result << "-use-network=" + use_network.to_s if use_network !
= nil

I figured it was a little heavy handed, but I couldn't get the "-use-
network=false" to show up any other way.

yup.. it works with true too -- maybe I should check to make sure it's
not garbage (not bool)?
