Works perfectly in development, not in production

I receive multiple 'ASPNetSpell Installation for MVC' messages when running in Production environment. Seems each instance of the ASPNetSpell tectbox is tiggering this message. The message specifically is 'Copy the ASPNetSpell include directory...Then set this ASPNetSpell Control's 'Installation Path' property...if ruhnning in a virtual directory set the...

I am only using the as-you-type feature and not the Spell check button.

I thought it may have something to do with the placement of the ASPNetSpellInclude in the project and moved it to the Content folder...no change.

I am running in IE8 and the version of the ASPNetSpell dll is 4.0.3.24577.
