Move license key from development to production?

I have a licensed copy and it runs perfectly on my development box but when I deploy to my production box I get the unregistered trial error. I have verified that web.config isn't being transformed on publish so I am at a loss as to how to resolve.

Try putting the key into the partial web,config file in the ASPNetSPellInclude directory.
