PRM_ParserErrorDetails of undefined In Asp.net 4.5

Hi,
I tried using your solution in one of my application using ASP.Net 4.5 and C#. The application works fine on my test machine but when i publish the code to a different server. I get the error "PRM_ParserErrorDetails of undefined" in "bundles/MsAjaxJs" after searching on the net i found that if i remove the following 2 below files from bundles/MsAjaxJs

~/Scripts/WebForms/MsAjax/MicrosoftAjaxTimer.js
~/Scripts/WebForms/MsAjax/MicrosoftAjaxWebForms.js

the error is fixed.

I tried completely removing spell checker related files and including above files, the solution works fine on both machines, so i suspect the error occurs due to older java files that are included in your ASPNetSpellInclude folder.

Can you please help me on this.
I am looking to buy the Enterprise Version of your product for my organization ,if the solution seamlessly integrates with asp.net.
