Job Title: Senior React/Next.js Developer

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Senior React/Next.js Developer with a strong background in building high-performance, scalable, and user-centric web applications. The ideal candidate has deep expertise in modern frontend technologies, understands best practices in UI/UX, and can architect solutions that align with business goals.

 

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain high-quality web applications using React, Next.js, TypeScript, and JavaScript.
• Build reusable components, optimize performance, and ensure responsive, pixel-perfect UI across devices.
• Develop server-side rendered (SSR) and static site generation (SSG) pages using Next.js best practices.
• Integrate RESTful APIs, GraphQL, and third-party services.
• Work closely with product managers, designers, and backend teams to deliver high-quality features.
• Improve application performance, SEO, and page load times.
• Implement CI/CD pipelines, code reviews, and automated testing to maintain code quality.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve complex frontend issues.
• Stay updated with the latest frontend development trends, tools, and technologies.
• Guide junior developers and contribute to technical decision-making.

 

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on experience in frontend development.
• Strong expertise in React.js, Next.js, TypeScript, JavaScript (ES6+).
• Deep understanding of component-based architecture, React Hooks, Context API, and state management tools (Redux, Zustand, Recoil, or similar).
• Experience with SSR, SSG, ISR, and performance optimization in Next.js.
• Solid understanding of HTML5, CSS3, Tailwind CSS, and modern styling frameworks.
• Experience with REST APIs, GraphQL, Axios, and data fetching techniques.
• Familiarity with build tools like Webpack, Vite, or similar.
• Strong debugging and troubleshooting skills using browser dev tools.
• Experience with Git, code reviews, and agile development processes.

 

Preferred (Nice to Have)

• Experience with Node.js and backend integration.
• Knowledge of cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.
• Understanding of UI/UX best practices and design systems.
• Experience with testing frameworks (Jest, React Testing Library, Cypress).
• Experience working on high-traffic or enterprise-scale applications.
