 IT Team Requirements:

 • Onsite Opportunity ( Day 1 -Onsite )

• Candidate needs to work all 5 days in the office, and no Remote work option is available.

                Mt. Airy, NC

                Charlotte, NC

                Fort Mill, SC

                West Palm Beach, FL

• 8+ Years of overall experience working on Oracle applications

• 5+ Years of overall experience working on multiple ATS applications.

 

Candidates Must Have the Below Experience.

 

• Experience on multiple full-lifecycle Oracle Fusion ERP Cloud implementation projects or similar ERP/SaaS/in-house applications

• Required to have at least 2 to 3 full life cycle implementation experience in Oracle Recruitment Cloud

• Experience working on complex configurations respective to Job application workflows, CSP Processes, and Career Site Branding.

• Work with business users and understand the business requirements and delivery them.

• Build Functional design Documents & Execute the Functional testing.

• Good Hands-on knowledge of Fast Formulas, OTBI Reports, Bi Publisher Reports, and HCM Extracts for ORC & HR Module.

• Support solution validation in Upgrades, Support, and Enhancements phases.

• Experience in business analysis in a technical environment, supporting multiple small to large teams of business and IT staff

 

Candidate Nice to have Below Experience

 • Good Hands-on Experience with Rest API services, Third Party job boards integration, and Social Sourcing integration with LinkedIn and Facebook.

• Should be able to work independently and troubleshoot issues during development and postproduction support.

• A Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field with 5+ years of experience in Oracle Cloud Applications (implementation and support)

• Experience with any or all the following: Oracle Cloud HCM Modules, JIRA, Confluence, Zephyr, Click Up, and Ivanti is preferred
