Responsibilities: 

• Source resumes to identify candidates 

• Ability to understand Technologies 

• Post requirements on the job sites/boards 

• Broadcast requirements to other subcontractors/vendors 

• Negotiate Salary/bill rate with the candidates . 

• Maintain database of candidates using online software package

• Maintain and build candidate database and pipeline 

• Coordinate and conduct interviews and employment application and background check.

Requirements: 

• Candidates willing to travel to USA 

• Prior experience in technical recruiting in IT arena 

• Ability to learn quickly; ability to understand Information Technology

• Strong work ethics; hardworking and driven 

• Strong inter-personal communication and people skills 

• Strong verbal and written communication skills 

• Strong organization skills and ability to be multi-tasking
