Role:
Sr Business Analyst
Location: Austin, TX
Duration: 6 Months
Interview Process: Telephonic/Skype and In-Person
Visa: GC/Citizen only
Skills Needed: Business Analyst, SQL, PMP a plus, Project Life Cycle Methodologies, Agile (nice to have)
Description:
The Senior Associate will act as a Project Manager - coordinate with software developers to implement technology solutions that meet the business requirements, develop test plans, test changes to ensure accuracy of data, and work with the business users to accept and deploy technology solutions.
Solid experience in the financial service industry is required.
Qualifications:
Eight plus years of experience as a Business Analyst
Strong business analysis and data skills in customized requirements gathering

A minimum of five years in the financial services industry
Demonstrated ability to define and document business applications
Strong interpersonal and relationship building skills with a delivery based orientation
Ability to maintain and manage several projects while managing expectations

Excellent communications, oral and written
Experience with SQL
Experience with project life cycle methodologies and best practices
Prior experience with Agile development methodology
Experience with client reporting, performance and analytics, and back office operations a plus
Advanced degree, CFA, and/or PMP a plus
