Re. the attached , this obviously needs to be resolved A.S.A.P. as the matter has become quite serious.
Pam , as I believe you undertook the original negotiations with AAA, and possibly have the closest relationship with them, could you please endevour to use your influence in resolving this matter.

Please see attached the email exchange between BCP strata and AAA re a request for an owners roll.
The failure to supply this information has resulted in the inability to issue the levy notice for the levies due on the 1st November 2014.
The potential consequence of this is that the present funds will expire and no invoices will be able to be paid (this includes the caretaker)

You and I both have a list of owners – perhaps you could send to the new strata manager. I’m happy to send if you can let me know who I send it to.
I’d rather not get involved between a dispute between body corporate managers.

Hi Pam
I have a current list of owners with E.Mail addresses but no contact phone nos. or mailing addresses, I have offered this to BCP but I suspect that they will need mailing addresses. I will let you know their response.
I have asked BCP if a permenant liason manager has been appointed and also what charges would apply to Saturday meetings at their premises, I will advise their replies to these queries as soon as they respond.
BCP have already requested my signature agreeing to a one year contract, which as per the AGM I have given.
