Otis Lifts

We have just been advised that Otis have reviewed our request to be credited for the difference in the old and new contract prices, for the period we were not actually under contract ,between the 2013 and 2014 AGM’s.

 

We had requested $3,273.00 and they are crediting us with $3,175.55, slightly less than we asked for but I think we should be content with that.

Hi Richard, I just want to clarify the process regarding the the
upcoming EGMs. I cannot locate a notice for this including the motion
and voting papers, when were they sent? (I can ask BCP for a replacement)
Further to the above, you mentioned to me the other week about
nominating for the new open positions. (assuming the vote to dissolve
will pass) Can we nominate ourselves now or do we need to wait until the
EGM. (I would assume the latter

Sorry if I have obviously missed something, would appreciate your
clarification.

Hi Mark

The advice from BCP Strata was dated 10/11/14, as you have not received your copy I have asked BCP to E.Mail the notice to you, including voting and nomination forms.

I suggest that you nominate yourself if you are interested in a position on the committee, this eliminates the possibility of any confusion about whether or not your nomination has been submitted, and also means that you can accept your own nomination at the same time.
