Dear Committee Members

Please find attached proxy form.  I have summarised the notes on the form below:

  • ·         Only a voting member of the committee may be appointed a proxy for voting at a committee meeting
  • ·         A proxy has effect for not more than one meeting of the committee and ceases to have effect immediately after the meeting.

Also, I believe that a committee member may hold one proxy only.  Further information and body corporate forms may be obtained here http://www.justice.qld.gov.au/justice-services/body-corporate-and-community-management .

Regards

Pam
