Further to my advice dated 24/10/14, regarding the move by owners to call for an E.G.M. asking for the dismissal of the committee, and calling for new elections.
As I am now advised that there are 8 signed requests from owners asking that this action be taken , we can reasonably assume that the dissolution of the committee and the call for new elections will be passed at this E.G.M.
Under these circumstances , in order to avoid a longer period of disruption, caused by having to hold 2 E.G.M.s , I urge you to take the action detailed in my option “B”- Collective resignation of our entire committee.
I personally only want to serve on a committee that has the full backing of the majority of owners.
I suggest that those members wishing to resign on the basis outlined above, should E.Mail their resignations, in-confidence, to my personal E.Mail address.
If by 5-00 PM Friday 31st October , I do not hold resignations from all committee members , I will delete from my records any resignations that I might hold, and we will all remain in office, pending the result of the E.G.M..

Dear Committee Members
All owners need to know that:
1. Richard nominated two persons for the committee in contravention of body corporate legislation (as Chairperson he has an obligation to have an understanding of the Act) and the reason why owners are not permitted to nominate more than 1 person is to stop members from stacking the committee; and
2. Cameron was not eligible to be on the committee as he was not a family member pursuant to body corporate legislation (Cameron has previously served on the committee in clear contravention of the Act).
The current committee was validly elected. Committee members should not feel obligated to resign.
I will not be resigning. I would be happy to work through a dispute resolution process however.
As Secretary, I am responsible for receiving the request and calling the EGM. Richard, please ensure that the EGM request is sent through to me.
Regards
Pam
