Body Corporate Manager

That the Aspire Body Corporate Committee request an alternative strata manager to our previous manager be appointed from BCP Strata.

 

 VOTE             YES                 NO                  ABSTAIN

 

 

Explanation summary

It was determined at our Annual General Meeting that the Body Corporate Management change to BCP Strata. 

 

It has been proposed that the Body Corporate Committee appoint a new strata manager from BCP Strata.   It is felt that this will help in making a fresh start and build unity within the committee and with the caretaker.

 

Please ensure your vote is forwarded to the Secretary prior to 20 October 2014.
