Hi Pam
Whilst it is a shame to pass up the free access to BCP premises and secretarial services for committee meetings during the week, I feel that long term it is just going to be too difficult to get good numbers attending these weekday meetings, we could even struggle to get a quorum.
I believe that realistically we need to revert to holding our meetings at Aspire over weekends, which has the added benefit of allowing attendees to enjoy their units and the beach, for one or possibly two days.
I appreciate that I am only one voice, so unless you are confident that we can make weekday meetings work, perhaps we should vote on the matter??
Regards

Hi Richard
I think the sensible thing to do is to negotiate with BCP Strata. We haven’t signed their agreement as yet, so one would think that holding 2 meetings and 1 AGM on a Saturday could be achieved even if they wanted to put on a surcharge. The strata manager is surely are on salary. Also, has a strata manager been appointed?
Pam
