Dear Committee

Michael Wylie has now supplied the documentation from owners to call an EGM to dissolve the current committee.

As tabled at our committee meeting, The Justice Department information service has advised that only one EGM needs to be held to dissolve the committee and to elect a new one. The Body Corporate Manager is insisting on two and that they be held mid week when most people cannot attend.

Hello all, please find attached an updated version of the letter. I have
made some changes, largely removing the by-law references as what we
agreed as acceptable (eg 24 hours usage) technically also breaches the
by laws.
I believe this is still a worthwhile first step; if it doesn't achieve
the desired result we can consider other means.

In the interest of time, and as this is now the 3rd version of this
letter; if I do not receive any further feedback by Monday, I will ask
for the letter to be forwarded to BCM for circulation to owners.
