Lorraines charge for $400 being $100 a day for time scaffolding was up in excess of 7 days

I have a record of  being asked to approve Lorraine’s terms for allowing scaffolding to be placed on her property , which I did, but I do not remember, and can not find committee approval for acceptence these terms.

 

Could you please confirm that  committee approval was given.
