to Asphalt Seal Coating
Commercial Seal Coating applications can be applied in several ways.
What one needs to consider is the type of aggregate the sealer is
going to adhere too before the job is actually started. There are
many variables in seal coating that many property managers and
business owners alike are not fully aware of. For instance, Smoother
asphalts (compressed and rolled really well) require a "primer" before
the actual sealer is applied to the asphalt. This "primer" insures
and acts like a bonding gasket for the sealer to be effective when it
dries. This is really true especially in heavy traffic areas like
straightaways, corners and entrances and exits. There are so many
variables to applying sealer that a book could be written on the
subject. If you have any questions please feel free to ask. I have
placed this group here for information purposes and solicitation. So
really no question will be considered "dumb". Thanks
