[ANN] Aspen 0.8: Introducing Simplates

Greetings, program!

I'm happy to announce version 0.8 of Aspen, a Python webserver.
This version introduces "simplates," which bring Python and web
templating as close as possible without actually mixing them.

I said "Leah, I need a theme song for Aspen," and that's what she
came up with. The recording is kind of ... raw ... but that's all
we had time for. :^(
