Log: Made it possible to pass around arguments to menus by attaching
them to the actual menu.
Fixed input handlers so that you could pass optional arguments in as well.
Added a SplitToVector function to allow for splitting of a long line of
text to x columns, 80 by default.
Finished up the help OLC, as well as many minor changes and additions to
HelpTable and HelpEntry.
