More Fall Festival Information!

Thanks to those folks who have already turned in their dinner and
punch card pre-orders, signed up to volunteer and donated items for
class baskets and the silent auction. We currently have over 50 silent
auction items and the class baskets are coming right along....

It's not too late to donate items, both to the silent auction or class
baskets! Please send class basket items by Wednesday, Nov 3. If you
have silent auction items to donate, you can either bring them labeled
to the main office, or contact Fran Milner if you need an item picked
up. franm...@yahoo.com . Don't forget, those bringing in any item to
donate with a retail value of $50 or more will be entered for a chance
to win a new Motorola Droid 2 phone! If you "like" our Facebook page,
you can get a sneak peek of some of our awesome silent auction items!
Many of the items are also currently on display in the case right next
to the main office.

Please take a minute to fill out and return you pre-order forms for
dinner tickets and punch cards. By getting your tickets ahead of time,
it prevents you from having to stand in line at the door, and helps us
plan for the correct amount of food and game prizes. Order forms need
to be turned in to your teacher or the main office no later than Wed.
November 3. Tickets will be given to students on Friday, Nov. 6th.

Finally, our Fall Festival will not be a success without more
volunteers! If you are planning on attending the Fall Festival, won't
you please give one hour of your time to help out with a game or craft
station? Moms, Dads, Grandparents, high-school age siblings are all
invited to help. We would also love to have the Aspen Creek Student
Council members as well as 360 leaders represented helping out at the

Thanks in advance for all of your continued help and support of our
awesome PTA! This is our biggest fundraising event of the year - we
are continually working towards our goal of upgraded technology in
every classroom. Help us reach that goal by contributing and attending
this fun family event.
