Spring Fling Information

We are getting really excited about our first PTA Spring Fling coming
up on April 18th! By now all of you have seen the fliers around school
and have received the information about pre-ordering punch cards.
Please take the time to order your punch cards to avoid having to wait
in line at the event. Having people pre-order punch cards also helps
us determine the amount of hot dogs, snacks and prizes we will need.
The deadline for pre-orders is this Monday the 13th.

In addition, we are still in need of adult volunteers for the day of
the event. We are looking for people to help for 1 hour shifts
beginning at 1:00 and going through until 5:00. The areas we
especially need help in are concessions, selling punch cards as well
as supervising the inflatables (punching cards and keeping track of
kids going in and out in 5 minute increments or helping referee the
jousting). We are also looking for an adult to supervise the face
painting booth.

jjhe...@msn.com. Both moms and dads are welcome!

There are also opportunities for middle school and even high school
students to volunteer at the various booths, so if you have an older
student who is interested, please contact Julie as well.

Remember that all of our profits go directly back to the school to
benefit our children and teachers. We cannot be successful without
your help. The Fall Festival was such an enormous success, largely due
to the fantastic group of parent, student and teacher volunteers. We
would like to continue a tradition of community-building events, but
we need your help. So bring your whole family and enjoy a fun-filled
afternoon supporting the Aspen Creek PTA!
