Impact on Education Basket and Year-End Budget Reallocation

Hello fellow PTA members!

Just a few things to wrap up before the end of the school year:

Impact on Education is holding it's annual fundraiser later this month
and we have again been asked to donate a basket for their silent
auction. The theme this year is "Razzle Dazzle and Glee for BVSD" and
the theme for our basket is "So You Want to be a Rock Star?". If you
would like to donate to this basket, we will be collecting items in
the main office through the end of the day on Friday. We have put
together a "wish list" of items that can be accessed at any Target
Stores Registry kiosks. The list is under Aspen Creek PTA with the ID
= Impact Basket. We are looking for anything related to rock-and-roll
such as CDs, itunes gift cards, posters, t-shirts, etc.

Impact on Education is a foundation dedicated to raising funds to
provide grants for BVSD schools. To find out more about the

Finally, we had our final PTA meeting of the year Tuesday. It was just
a short "special meeting" designed to re-allocate some unused and
leftover funds to other causes. See the results below:

Patricia Belmont made a motion to approve the above reallocation plan
of PTA money in the budget. The motion was seconded and unanimously
approved.
