Volunteer Request for Upcoming Events
Aspen Creek PTA
School is over half done! We have a few more events planned so again
we are asking for your help. The following events/items need your
time and support:
Nominating Committee- very short term commitment to help us look for a
board treasurer; need to have slate by February 6--Contact Alice
Lucchesi
Treasurer— at least a one year commitment starting this summer
involving some hard work but some great personal rewards; attendance
at all fundraisers as well as general and executive board meetings
usually required—Contact Carleen Quinn or any current board member
Spring Fling- anywhere from an hour commitment to a serious time
commitment for this spring community event on April 16; committee
will start meeting in late February—Contact Julie Haman
Aspen Creek K-8 Ten Year Celebration— a serious, yet short-term
commitment on small committee to plan and execute Ten Year Celebration
May 7; committee to start meeting in early February and report to
Brett Livingston and Andrea Cipoletti March 1; assembly to be planned
and executed by administration; outdoor activities to be planned by PTA
—Contact Alice Lucchesi or Julie Haman
Aspen Creek only Geography Bee— short-term commitment to help with set
up, tear down, etc.; date not yet determined—Contact Alice Lucchesi
If you can help with any of these events or items, please do. The
personal satisfaction is priceless.
