setting to include ajaxed includes in application instead of inetpub

Hello,
I had a request to install the ajaxed files in a folder inside the
application, instead of inetpub.
I made the appropriate adjustments on my local copy and tested it, and
all worked well. But, when I copied this up out web server, I am
getting an error:
/LANA/ASPFramework/ajaxed/ajaxed.asp, line 1
The include file 'ajaxedConfig/config.asp' was not found.
How should I approach this to make it work on out server as desribed?
