I along with my school batchmates wants to create a charitable trust - "MARK".

We want to create this trust so that we can have a bank a/c where we can accumulate donations from our batchmates and others. Then we will donate this amount to other charitable organizations or will take up some projects ourselves.

I have also attached their Aadhar/PAN pics for your reference.

Manish told me below points which you have added in your Trust deed. So please add the same in ours also:

1. There will not be any voting.

2. We do not want to have any posts for anybody in the trust.

3. Once the trust is formed, we will pass resolution to authorize any 2 trustees to withdraw money from bank a/c.

4. The trust will use my home address. The deed should mention that this address is strictly for postal & communication purposes and it will not involve in no otherwise matter of the trust.
