ASM End of Year Meeting

Dear ASM Members and those interested in joining,
First of all I would like to apologize to any of you who contacted me earlier in the year and I didn't get back to you. For myself and some of the other officers it's been tough to balance club business and the business of our final semesters.
Most of the people actively involved in running the ASM club at GMU are going to be graduating this semester. For that reason, I would like to call a meeting of as many active members as can attend and invite ANYONE else interested in becoming part of the group as well. We will decide new officers at this meeting (unless attendance is too low) and generally will work to ensure the continuation and growth of the club in the coming years.
If at all possible I'd like to make the meeting this week. Because of the short notice and the TERRIBLE time we've had securing rooms this year with events management, I am hoping that Dr. Polayes might be able to secure the department conference room as a meeting place.
As a potential time, I was wondering if Thursday evening of this week would work for those interested. Please let me know if you can come then and at what time. If that doesn't work for anyone I'll try to reschedule it around everyone's availability.

Ok, so since I've gotten such a tepid response from anyone who might be
interested, I'm going to go about this in a little different way.
We were already considering doing a study session for the intro micro class's final exam, so I think that if we did that early enough we could announce our need for new members at that and possibly attract a few more people.
Dr. Madden, if you could let me know when your final exam is taking place and forward me any study materials for that, I can begin planning a study session. Also, if we can get down a date for the end of year meeting early enough, I'll try to let you know the time of our meeting so you can announce it in your lecture.
Sorry this is coming together so slowly but I've kind of let time slip by on this one.
