Subject: Design Engineering Division Executive Committee Seeking Nominations for Secretary
ASME DED TC chairs and co-chairs,
DED is looking for nominations or self-nominations for the Secretary position of the Design Engineering Division. The nominee should email a CV to Scott Ferguson, DED Chair, smfe...@ncsu.edu no later than June 20, 2025.
The Secretary position of the DED Executive Committee is part of a six-year rotation and advances through the DED leadership to eventually serve as Chair and then Past Chair of the Division.
The Secretary creates meeting agendas, takes minutes, collects committee reports and has other duties as outlined in the Division Operating Guide or as assigned by the Division Chair.
