Papers are solicited in the areas of motion planning, dynamics, and control of robots and mechanisms. Theoretical, experimental, and computational aspects are all invited. Topics of interest include, but are not limited to:

• Serial and parallel robots

• Cable robot and tensegrity mechanism

• Dynamic analysis, modeling, and simulation

• Control methods and controller design

• Trajectory optimization and optimal control

• Applications of machine learning and AI

• Manipulation and locomotion

• Stability and efficiency

• Mission planning, task planning, and motion planning for robots and autonomous systems

 

Important Dates

o   March 17, 2025: Submission of full-length paper

o   April 21, 2025: Presentation-only extended abstract submission

o   May 19, 2025: Submission of Final Paper

We cordially invite you to contribute to the symposium organized within the 49th Mechanisms and Robotics Conference (MR) and 21st IEEE/ASME International Conference on Mechatronic and Embedded Systems and Applications (MESA). Papers are solicited in the application and translation of science, engineering, and design principles in robotics into new or improved technological products.
