Meaning of Rigid Bulkhead

Hi, 

In the rules it states that there needs to be a Rigid Bulkhead to isolate the battery. Is there any specifications, as we are not sure what this means. Is it just a box to isolate the battery to keep the rider safe if it catches fire?

There isn't a specification on the bulkhead. It should be an appropriate container that will protect the rider and others from the battery in case of an incident.
