Are we allowed to remove the battery and recharge it at the pit while a rider completes laps?

Could you please explain me more of this? are you thinking to have more than 1 battery and replace it between laps? or just leave it to be charged and then connected again?

I was thinking of having multiple batteries - but if that isn't allowed, would the latter option (leaving it to charge) be an option?
