Battery Bulkhead Approval Question

Hello!

We'd like to ask if our battery bulkhead design passes safety requirements. We are planning on mounting our battery to the back of the rider's seat, as shown below:

Does this successfully block the battery's line of sight from the rider? And does any rigid material work for the bulkhead? (ie. metal, wood, plastic, etc.)
