Competing at Multiple ASME E-Fest Events

Good Afternoon! 

Hope y'all are doing well. We have a few questions concerning competition, especially since this year's rules have not been posted. Looking at past reports and teams, it seems like some of the teams were able to compete in multiple competitions (East & West or North & South). Is this still possible? If so, is it possible to change design elements in between competitions?

If so, is it possible to change design elements in between competitions? Yes, changes can be made but make sure it doesn't violate the design event rules
