Hello!

we have a question. If we want to add some apendix to the design report, does it counts towards the limit?

According to section VI.C, only the report cover page, the 3-View drawing of the vehicle, and the title page are not included in the page count. The appendix is marked toward the page count if it is beyond the 20th page, and every page after the 20th will result in a 3% penalty to the report.
