The Idaho State Independent Living Council (SILC), in cooperation with the Centers for Independent Living, is gathering input from the community to help us develop the 2017-19 State Plan for Independent Living (SPIL).  The SPIL is a detailed three-year plan that sets the goals for the provision of independent living services in Idaho.  The SILC’s mission is to promote the independent living philosophy for all Idahoans with disabilities: choice, self-determination, and access for all.
