Dear,
I know there have been various messages in this group asking on how to compute the CBF map in the appropriate units with the toolbox on ASL data coming from GE.
In all of them it was said that GE also outputs a CBF map, but in this case, I don't have access to that map. This is I only have access to the M0 and the mean subtracted image.
Having that in mind, How can I compute the CBF map for this GE ASL data?
In another conversation also in this group it was said that I need to multiply the perfusion by the number of averages and divide the PD by 32.
If that is the case, where can I find further information? I need this for a clinical study and need to be sure of those scaling values. Also, I've applied it to some data I already have and the output seems a bit odd. CBF is always lower to 70 and, as far as I know values up to 100 are reasonable.
Thank you very much,
Best,
Óscar
