the problem in CBF calculation

Dear Professor Wang: 

       I am very sorry to bother you. I am writing this letter for the purpose of asking some questions  in CBF calculation.The mean CBF  I finally calculated was around 7,000 as shown by mricron ,I don't konw what's wrong.In addition,the first value of the mean CBF shown by Matlab is correct, while the value in parentheses is abnormal, for example,"The mean CBF is 15.462110 (4129.269893)". The mean CBF image is in the attachment.

PCASL data were collected on a GE healthcare MR-750 3-T scanner.The data processing process is as follows:

       In the first step,Preprocessing is done in restplus,including  Motion correction、 Coregistration、smooth、brain mask.

In the second step, The CBF is computed using the GUI mode in the asltoolbox using preprocessed images.

This is my whole process of data processing.I don't know which step is wrong, this problem has been bothering me for a long time.Thank you very much for your help.I am looking forward to your reply.
