Error in spm_segment module

Sir,

When I use SPM segment module, the following error is generated. Could you please help me? I have installed updated version of SPM12. But Still it is not resolved.

In file "C:\Program Files\MATLAB\spm12\config\spm_run_norm.m" (v7406), function "normalise" at line 72.
In file "C:\Program Files\MATLAB\spm12\config\spm_run_norm.m" (v7406), function "spm_run_norm" at line 23.

The following modules did not run:
Failed: Normalise: Estimate

Did you add spm with all its subfolders in your search path?

Could you tell me which scripts caused the error?

Also, could you try to load spm first and then run the scripts?  You can type spm in Matlab console to do that.
