脑血流量为负值

        各位老师好，我用的是9.4布鲁克的pCASL对大鼠进行扫描，并根据文献更改了Magtype对应的参数，在用asl_perf_subtract对数据进行后处理时，除了2只鼠均值为正值，其他鼠的cbf均值都为负值，不知是什么原因和如何解决，具体文件放https://pan.baidu.com/s/1Z3Eytr4e1l9WZTHjoe9GKw?pwd=m2kq在附件。多谢指教！

If most of voxels have positive value, your data should be fine. The “global” value shown in the terminal is based on a rough brain mask, which might not be accurate.

Thanks for your help. I've check the voxel value after calculation in different subjects, almost half of them are negative.Maybe there is something wrong with the rawdata.
