Dear Dr. Wang,

I am a PhD student and currently I'm working on processing of ASL data for healthy controls and concussed subjects. I successfully obtained CBF maps for each individual, and I'd like to do a group analysis. The data I'm processing is pCASL in resting condition (no task) and I tried starting 1st level analysis wth batch_model.m. I have a few questions:
1) What should I input as PAR.condnum and PAR.cond_names as well as for onset times, as it's a resting state and I assume the condition is only one? 
2) What is the input image for this script? The CBF map for each subject (meanCBF_0_asl.img)?

HI Ekaterina,
    If you are comparing mean CBF across two populations, you can calculate the mean CBF maps, then register them to MNI space and run a two-sample t-test.  You can take a look at the example data with customized code in
