Dear All,

As we all know Light bulb is starting from tomorrow. Since this is the flagship event of our committee we all have to keep our best foot forward. Please keep in mind the following:

1. Ist and IInd years' have to be present for all the events. Please do not message us saying that you have a submission or have to go out. It is just a matter of one week so please keep yourself free. You can leave if your presence is not required after informing me or Aayush.

2. Event in-charges (IV years): Please ensure a day before that all the logistical requirements are met (permission for rooms, score-sheets, stationery, time-keepers, projector etc.) Also be at the venue well before time and start setting up and calling the participants.

3.Everyone must keep their phones switched on all the time. Also, if you have internet on phone keep checking your mails.

4. Contact Aayush for stationery.

5. Ninni and Alimpan please make announcements in all the classes tomorrow.

This is a collective effort so please be ready to lend in a hand as and when called for.
