I'm just getting started.. walk me through the process!

1. You need to download ELAN to your computer

2. You need to create an ELAN file using a template (see this for example)

3. You will be using ID glosses from the ASL Signbank

4. You will be using the SLAASh conventions

5. More resources are available here on Google Groups or through Dropbox Showcases (ELAN, ASL Signbank, SLAASh). Any questions, post them here or reach out to Julie.

No problem.  I wonder if Google Groups has a setting that allows for editing of posts after they are submitted?  On almost every post that I've made, I go back and see embarrassing misspellings and typos.  On the plus side, these do remind me of my humanity!
