Updates about ASL Signbank - new URL and new ECV link

ASL Signbank is now hosted at https://aslsignbank.com/

If you visit the old URLs, you should automatically be redirected but may get a security warning. 

The ECV link should be updated to https://aslsignbank.com/static/ecv/asl.ecv

Recall that this is not a clickable link but text to be added to ELAN when adding a link to an external controlled vocabulary (ECV). In ELAN, Edit > Edit Controlled Vocabularies > External CV

Make sure there is no white space after the URL when you add it
