For those shocked at the behaviour of the family Court system, the correspondence between ELC and Lord Justice Potter is now published in full.

 

One may find the attitude of the President in protecting his Judicial Empire shocking. This is what he thinks of you – Joe Public.

 

Until these people are shamed into submission they will continue in their secret Courts administering injustice as they are not only unaccountable and unelected but all powerful.

 

The European Court of Human Rights ahs admitted it is not bound by the European Convention. Therefore you do not have the right to a fair hearing, secret reports by the Rapporteur determine the acceptance or not of your case and you are not only not told of the reasons for the decision but also will not be told why the case was refused to even be heard.

 

In this context since we know of no case that has been heard from litigant in person in the House of Lords the final effective Court is the Court of Appeal and the role of the president of the Family Division who gave reference to the recently imprisoned barrister makes his role extremely influential.

 

The correspondence with Lord Justice Potter whilst shocking is not as bad as the behaviour of the Dept for children, schools and families which since 2003 has been responsible for children's welfare and like the English Children's Commissioner have refused to even acknowledge receipt of the submission despite requests from Gordon Brown and John Hemmings MP.

 

Dr. Adoko published the book the Most Corrupt British Judges and the Lord Chancellor's dept refused to take action for bringing the administration of justice into disrepute- instead the LCD bought up 1500 copies. Similarly LJ Potter has refused to take action against Dr. Badsha for bringing the Administration of Justice into disrepute. One has to ask what they have to hide.
