Get a passport now. When you hit week 30 pregnant, fly to the US.
Have your baby here. Don't worry about how it's paid for, hospitals
in the US have to accept any emergency patient regardless of their
ability to pay, and being in labor qualifies as an emergency. If you
overstay your visa it's NOT a problem, especially if you're not trying
to work.
Any church in the US, knowing your story, would be glad to support you
in this. There are thousands - probably millions - of people who
would gladly bring you into their home for a few weeks, to prevent
this monstrosity.
If Molly is born here, she's a US Citizen and a US judge can take
jurisdiction. You might want to do some research and find a state
where parent's rights are strongly supported - I don't know the field,
but I'd start with the American south and midwest, rather than the
east or west coast.
US social services have been known to overreact by our standards, but
the idea of taking a child away from a mother at birth because of some
possible theoretical risk is unheard of here. Children are regularly
left with drug addicts, schizophrenics, and women who have had
previous children removed due to abuse.
I hope you win your appeal, but if you don't - this could provide an
additional layer of bureaucratic protection for the two of you.
Best wishes.
