Look at the Family Justice Council presnetation on the link http://www.familieslink.co.uk/index.htm

Sadly it couldn't be played.

Our involvement with the sham of a meeting to hear the view of parents re the family Courts.

Well done to John Hemmings and Sasha for backing me up.

They did not like to hear the words 'the biggets problem we are awrae of is the incestuuous relationship between court reporters, experts and the Judiciary.'

I think there were a few heart attacks.

the full notes will go up on the FLINt website very soon.

As to the Equal parenting alliance, JUMP, FNF etc start telling the truth. Presumption of contact is not the issue and neither is the fact that proceedings are adversarial. The problems are the law is not being obeyed, Judges are not acting Justly and have forgotten the meaning of mercy and right. Court reporters regularly lie or talk rubbish with impunity and the child's interests are simply ignored.
