The biggest problem anyone will find in the system is the Judiciary.
As long as the judiciary are lax then nothing will change.

You are not alone. If anything we have yet to see a just outcome in the family courts either in public or private law.
the government has lots on the state invasion of families agenda; bringing psychiatrist into every school, health visitor appointed six weeks after conception to monitor for anti social behaviour until the child is two and happiness testing from the age of four!
I am not at all sure it is safe to bring a child into the world give that it seems to be nazi style propaganda and tactics.
Stay strong but be prepared for the worst. perhpas publicity is the biggest angle you have to make them falter in their steps and not act in draconian manner.
