ROADMAP and TODO

Hey,

roadmap and todo are in the repo

I hope we can keep the resolutions of our discussions in the ROADMAP
so that we can develop the project smoothly. We should also keep all
architectural and design decisions in that file.

Please comment on anything - it will be very important for the project
to develop the plan (ROADMAP) in collaboration so
the by the time we get to code we don't have to argue too much :).
