Our operations specifications actually allow us to fly under visual
flight rules between two fairly isolated communities when all the
other various weather and dispatch requirements are met. I finally
got a chance to fly the jet VFR down low on the quick 12 minute flight
between the two towns. No flight director, no autothrottles, no
autopilot, no instrument approach just pure safe fun. I just added
some pictures of the most recent trip: cool shot of a jet ranger
(helicopter), some small icebergs along the shore and some other stuff
that was interesting to me.
