Can't use ctrl + Enter on tools

Hello Rajat,

I'm having an issue. I can't use ctrl + Enter on the tools I create to replace text on my text fields. 

If the tool exists already, it works. And if I ask something directly without using a tool, then it also works fine. The issue is only when I want to create a tool

I need a tool that says: "Paraphrase this [[Text to paraphrase]]. I need to paraphrase my selected text and then press ctrl+enter and have it replaced.
