After using Floating Skill Buttons for a bit, we realized that they were way better and easier to use than our older "anchored" Skill Buttons. So we added a bunch of new capabilities to them and removed the old Skill Buttons.

It was a big enough change that we thought it warranted a version bump to 2.0. And then we fixed several minor issues in 2.0.1
